How to Use

  2. Choose a network speed, such as 100 Mbps, 10 MB/s or 1 Gbps.
  3. Set transfer efficiency. A typical practical range is 80% to 95%.
  4. Review estimated time, total bytes, effective speed and minutes.

Mbps vs MB/s

Mbps means megabits per second. MB/s means megabytes per second. 1 Byte = 8 bits, so:

Download apps often show MB/s, while internet plans usually advertise Mbps.

Why Transfer Efficiency Matters
